Happy to report, no termite activity was found at this time. Reports of hearing a knocking sound but nothing found resembling sound being heard. Removed visible spider webs from perimeter, and installed termite monitors to each corner of home. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control pest activity. Good afternoon, Pilar Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing your termite monitors. I did a full inspection of the exterior perimeter. I didn’t locate the tree in the yard and some leftover timber that was infested with carpenter ants. I put down a granular bait around all trees on the property, concentrating heavily on the tree in question. I also recommend getting rid of the wood pile near the tree to help deter any animals from nesting in this area. Additionally, I removed all visible webbing from the property and applied a liquid treatment in the entire exterior foundation. I also treated the interior of the home with a liquid residual solution, including your crawlspace and basement. I did notice a couple of droppings in the unfinished portion of the basement. I placed a rodent bait station in this area. This will help eliminate any rodent by feeding. Additionally, I sealed up a possible entry point near your HVAC unit with copper

Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today targeted issue is with ants. I started off treating all comets in the kitchen with a liquid treatment. I also treated behind the refrigerator and stove. I saw mice droppings in the cabinet below the sink. I placed a rodent station in the cabinets. All bedrooms and bathrooms were also treated as well with a liquid treatment. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station by the AC unit to help with mice control. Both storage closets received a granular bait for cave crickets. I also treated the interior of both closets with a liquid application.
